Details
We estimate we will need to raise between $1.5-2 million to renovate Mountain Lake Park Playground. The fact that Mountain Lake Playground is so heavily used, combined with the desire to use sustainable materials and design a playspace that will withstand more than 40 years of heavy use makes the renovation an expensive one. The SF Parks Alliance has years of non-profit experience renovating parks and playgrounds around the city, as well as with fiscal sponsorship. All donations are tax deductible and go directly to the playground renovation project [new play structures, playground surfaces, landscaping etc.], with a small percentage going to NPC to cover basic administration costs of our fiscal sponsorship. If you have questions, please contact either Jen at jen@fmlpp.org or SF Parks Alliance at council@sfparksalliance.org.
